If you are completing your onboarding as a new remote worker and are having trouble resetting your NoGigiddy email password, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. Check Your Email for the Reset Link

    When you received your welcome aboard packet, you should have also received an email with a link to reset your NoGigiddy email password. Use this link to reset your password.

  2. Contact Your Team Lead

    If you’re unable to reset your password after trying this link, please reach out to your team lead for further assistance. *Your team lead sent you an introduction email on the same day you received your welcome aboard packet.

  3. Email Subject Line

    When contacting your team lead, use the subject line: “New Hire Password Reset Help” to ensure your request is addressed promptly.

  4. Team Lead Contact Email

    Use the email address provided in the introduction email from your team lead to reach out for support.
