Uploading your resume at the time of application is essential, as it is the only way for your resume to be considered by NoGigiddy. We do not accept resumes via email.

To assist you, we have compiled these troubleshooting tips to ensure you can successfully upload your resume.

1. Check File Format and Size:

  • Ensure that your resume is in one of the following accepted formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt, or .rtf.

  • The file size must not exceed 20MB. If your file is too large, you can compress it using tools like 7-Zip or WinRAR.

2. Use a Compatible Web Browser:

  • NoGigiddy works best with the latest versions of major web browsers, including:

    • Google Chrome

    • Mozilla Firefox

    • Microsoft Edge

    • Apple Safari

  • Make sure your browser is up to date. Outdated versions may cause issues.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies if you encounter persistent issues.

3. Device Recommendations:

  • While NoGigiddy is designed to be accessible on all devices, using a desktop or laptop computer often provides a more stable experience for uploading files compared to mobile devices.

4. Check Your Internet Connection:

  • A stable and reliable internet connection is crucial when uploading files. If possible, connect to a strong Wi-Fi network to prevent upload interruptions.

5. Optimize Your Resume for Autofill (Optional):

  • NoGigiddy offers an option to import resume details to autofill application forms. To ensure accurate parsing:

    • Use a standard structure and common fonts.

    • Avoid using highly stylized or image-based resume formats.

If you’ve tried the steps above and are still experiencing issues, here are additional tips:

  • Switch to a different browser or device and try uploading again.

  • Ensure your resume file is not password-protected or corrupted.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to receiving your application!

Best regards,
